Arcroom Privacy Policy

Arcroom is a serverless app. We operate no servers, and we collect no data. This policy explains where your data lives and which third parties your device talks to.
Your media
Your videos and libraries stay on storage you control: your devices, and any file server (such as a WebDAV or SMB share) you connect yourself. Arcroom never uploads your media anywhere else.
iCloud sync
Library registration, playback history and settings sync between your devices through iCloud (CloudKit), stored in your private iCloud database under your Apple Account. We cannot read this data.
Metadata lookups
When you match a video against The Movie Database (TMDB), your device sends the title being searched directly to TMDB and receives artwork and details in return. These requests go from your device to TMDB and are subject to the TMDB privacy policy. Arcroom does not see them.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We receive no payment or identity information.
Analytics
There are none. Arcroom contains no analytics, tracking or advertising of any kind.
